Geoffrey Disch

On July 9, 2023, Jeff passed away peacefully at his home at the age of 75. He was born in Minneapolis, MN on April 30, 1948, to Joseph and Joan Disch. He grew up in Walnut Creek and attended Los Lomas High School.Most recently, Jeff was the President and CEO of Green Escrow Services, Inc. As a successful businessman, he was an instrumental figurehead in the title and escrow industry paving the way for education. It was through his love for the industry that he went on to volunteer in several industry marketing associations in the East Bay Area. He was extremely passionate about his volunteer efforts in the San Ramon Rotary Club, Loaves and Fishes of Contra Costa, St. Joan of Arc Church, and the California Escrow Association. Jeff was an avid golfer and a lover of music, more specifically, Jazz. A musician at heart, he was a trumpet player in the Air National Guard, Raider Band, and several private venues alongside his dad. As a musician and singer, it was a natural progression for him to share his talents within the Blackhawk Chorus.Jeff is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Janet Disch, and his wife Julie Disch of 47 years who passed away in 2019. He is survived by his two children Jerry Disch (Ruth), Jenny Barnes (Charles) and his three grandsons, Noah, Reid, and Patrick. His brother Steve Disch (Anne) and nephew James. His brother-in-law Joe Nosenzo (Tara), nephew Dane Nosenzo (Tori) and niece Alise Robertson (Adam).
